Job Description
The Social Account Manager (SAM) will be responsible for leading the SMC sub-team in implementing social media activation programs and strategies to maximize online engagement around campaigns and promotions. This position will report to the SMC Lead and partner with the Content Team and may interface with the Global Social Media Center headquartered, as needed. Core focus of the Social Account Manager will be to engage and build relationships with key client stakeholders.
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Lead a sub-team of social account executive and community manager
- Build and maintain relationships with local market client
- Act as key contact point and channel between agency team and Client
- Ensure global/local content is executed as planned with all quality and timeline needs met
- Provide direction supervision to the Community Manager
- Manage page/channel daily operations, including themes/skin/layout changes when appropriate
- Create and manage the editorial calendar working with Community Manager and the clients
- Collaborate with relevant teams to gather, interpret and report insights on what types of content drives traffic and grows the number of fans/followers
- Understand online media landscape, identify target consumer lifestyles and create partnerships with relevant websites, as required
- Understand the myriad of new web properties and distribution platforms
- Understand the ‘value exchange’ process by which earned partnerships are negotiated around
Job Requirements
SKILLS AND QUALIFIERS:
- Minimum 4 year of work experience, preferably on social media marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build Client relationship
- Passionate leader who values and fosters collaborative, cohesive teams
- Understand popular social networks including design, functionality and users
- Active participation in wide variety of social media activities
- Affinity and passion for technology and consumer electronics
- Ability to leverage existing media relationships to generate earned impressions & engagements
- Attention to detail
- Appreciative of creative product
- High level of professional maturity
- Local Vietnamese, must speak and understand English
