Location: BITEXCO Financial Tower, Ho Chi Minh City

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage sample for MKT team & PR team:
• Receive request from PIC and create sample approval on system;
• Work with Logistic team to receive sample;
• Work with Field test team to install sample;
• Deliver sample to agency;
• Follow up sample to avoid aging on system;
• After agency return sample, give for CS team to test, then process to return sample to warehouse;
• Support to Process FOC products: Transfer products from Finish Good to Sample Warehouse;
• Support PIC to solve sample broken, failed… submit approval to return sample to warehouse;
• Submit approval Compensation when losing sample;
• Report to Account team about sample monthly;
• Other admin jobs;
• Consolidate Budget for Marcom & PM team:
• About 5th every month, send actual budget of last month for team;
• Push PIC to update budget now and future for Account team;
• Submit approval on mysingle for IM team monthly;
• Support Brand team for event:
• Prepare samples for event;
• Responsible for Experience zone;
• Support logistic: Document, delivery…;
• Work with Field force team to support event: PS, GS;
• Work with training team to train for PB, PG of event.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues;
• Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures;
• Normally receives detailed instructions on all work;
• Typical entry point for university graduates.
