JOB DESCRIPTION

Principle Accountabilities
- To support the Operations Management/Leadership team for an effective standard costing system plus a regular reporting of deviations.
- To assist Supply Chain Finance Manager on daily business partner activities by providing him/her with relevant information on operational matters.
- To advice the organization with continuous improvement in Operations related cost.

Analysis & Knowledge development
- Collect, interpret, edit information and/or issue recommendations regarding bottlenecks and developments, as well as identify opportunities and risks in the Manufacturing & Supply Chains process.
- Provide insights by own initiative regarding quantitative and qualitative developments, based on reporting guidelines.
- Organize a periodic meeting with Operations Leadership Team to explain findings and discussion for the action plan
- Act as Finance Business Partnering by coordinating, partnering and consulting with Operations Leadership Team in terms of cost optimization for Supply Chain Finance.

Reporting & Budgeting 
- Provide periodic dashboard report on time.
- Cooperate with Assistant Operations Finance Manager for budgeting activity.

Projects
- Improve the integrated Management Information System for the analysis of and reporting on financial and non - financial performance indicators, like stock positions, supply service level, Distribution dashboard …
- Support the Continuous Improvement Program (WCOM).

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting
At least 03-year experiences in partnering with Supply Chain, preferably within MNC 
A potential candidate should have experiences in/ possess: 
+ Financial strategic planning initiatives
+ Financial budgeting
+ Analytical and management accounting experience
+ Management, organization, communication and influencing skills
+ High responsibility, teamwork and able to work under high pressure
