Job Description:

  • Respond consumer enquires via phone, email and Facebook, LiveChat;
  • Solve consumer complaint;
  • Make report (PowerPoint & Excel);
  • Capture data consumers’ enquiries on Facebook/ digital platform to system as process;
  • Other tasks assigned.

Requirements:

  • Friendly, hardworking, patient and self-controlled;
  • Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Fast typing skill, analytical skill;
  • Ready to work outside working hours if necessary;
  • Sweet voice;
  • Have experience in consulting via telephone;
  • English level: good writing and reading, basic communication;
  • Have experience in respond enquiries on social platform (Facebook, LiveChat);
  • Good writing skill in Vietnamese, good writing skill in English will be an extra point;
  • Willing to work at high traffic time on Facebook/ website, especially night shift (19:00 - 22:00) and weekend.
