Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Job Description:
- Respond consumer enquires via phone, email and Facebook, LiveChat;
- Solve consumer complaint;
- Make report (PowerPoint & Excel);
- Capture data consumers’ enquiries on Facebook/ digital platform to system as process;
- Other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- Friendly, hardworking, patient and self-controlled;
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Fast typing skill, analytical skill;
- Ready to work outside working hours if necessary;
- Sweet voice;
- Have experience in consulting via telephone;
- English level: good writing and reading, basic communication;
- Have experience in respond enquiries on social platform (Facebook, LiveChat);
- Good writing skill in Vietnamese, good writing skill in English will be an extra point;
- Willing to work at high traffic time on Facebook/ website, especially night shift (19:00 - 22:00) and weekend.
