Job responsibility:

- Work closely with sales team to follow up order shipment to achieve smooth delivery

- Collaborate with suppliers and clients 

- Follow up on the progress of orders and immediately inform customers about any expected delay / problem or relevant internal people about changes in orders.

- Maintain organized data system

- Ensure that all customer’s requests and possible complaints are properly analyzed by issuing the relevant customer specification / service request or by communicating with them.

- Take care of the customer’s problems, issues and requests and either directly solve them or pass them on to the responsible function for their resolution.

- In charge of a small number of company products and drive sales with a lot of support from sales team

Job Requirement:

- Fresh graduate from any background

- Good English (writing and speaking): this is important as you will work with international suppliers

- Sales-oriented with high ambition to develop sales and CS career
