Key responsibilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist, the job holder will assist the HR Business Partner Senior Manager to deliver the Resourcing strategy for the organization by working with the relevant functions and stakeholders, ensure effectiveness of resourcing activities with the support of the HRBPs.

  • Resourcing:
    • Be a partner & network with business to understand business’s needs, workforce plans, talent strategy; that helps build strategic sourcing plan;
    • Build good network for recruitment, develop and monitor Talent Mapping at Section Head level;
    • Build & diversify external & internal sources of candidate (job posting channels, candidate referral, internal applicants, external headhunt…);
    • Maintain and enrich PVA recruitment database;
    • In charge of full process of acquiring talents to PVA that aligns with company strategy, selection policies and human resource need/ planning;
    • Comply and enhance the effectiveness of recruitment policies, guidelines; get them updated and aligned with Labour Law and PCA’s regulations;
    • Acting as project leaders of all projects relating to Resourcing;
    • Be in charge of the selection process for Management Trainee program;
    • Be in charge of dealing with Compliance, Internal Audit and Regional stakeholders for relevant issues or topics;
    • Be responsible for the activity control of the resourcing budget, expenses and logistics;
  • Employer Branding:
    • Be updated with the market’s trends to provide input and support in the development of HR policies/ processes, and Employee Value Proposition;
    • Be company’s ambassador to attract talents by providing candidates with the most updated data/ information regarding rewards & compensation, talent development program, organizational culture, etc.;
    • Join with HR communication to take part into activities with external partners in job fairs, career advisor, and university campaign;
  • Digitalization:
    • Proactively cooperate with HR communication to identify & develop new tools/ channels that significantly support promote employer branding, recruitment/ sourcing campaign such as social media channels, Search Engine Optimization, Responsive sites & mobile applications;
    • Improve the internal recruitment system to effectively manage candidate’s database & recruiting process;
  • Manage Candidate/ Employee Experience:
    • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the selection process until onboarding, crucially the process of onboarding;
    • Maintaining good relationships with candidates/ candidate communities, even for those candidate not selected;
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned by managers

Accountabilities:

  • Implement the Resourcing & Selection activities;
  • Acquire the right talents (right capability, potential and culture-fit) to the organization and provide partners consultancy on people selection;
  • Ensure good management and execution of all assigned projects & tasks;
  • Manage resourcing activities within assigned scope of work;
  • Ensure effectiveness of the employer branding activities for PVA relating to resourcing;
  • Make sure the right communication conveyed to the internal customers well-understood, well-perceived.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in HR or Business Administration with minimum of 2-4 years relevant experience in executive search firm or MNC;
  • Good communication skills (verbal, presentation, writing and listening) and well-planning;
  • Be independent and good of people sense, people judgement for effective hiring;
  • Strong interpersonal skills – effective in developing and managing relationships;
  • Ability to confidently interact across all levels of the organization;
  • Have strategic thinking, digital mindset;
  • Be able to keep updated with labor market movements and predict the trends;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese;
  • Logical & critical thinking.
