Location: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City
Job Description:
- Proactively find sales opportunities by exploring the full big and small construction projects (including residential, commercial, hospitality, entertainment complexes, offices, hospitals… and any other sales opportunities);
- Work and update with Sales Manager on potential projects, prioritize and plan for approaching, biding and tendering;
- Maintain relationship with existing partner network and customer base and constantly build new relationships;
- Analysis customer needs and work closely with internal departments to build solution proposal for customer and creatively adapt for better solution to win the projects;
- Proactively check, plan, follow and adapt to project’s evolution to ensure sales proposal adapt to reality;
- Prepare the sales proposal quotations and optimize the solution for customers with internal Departments;
- Prepare and attend tender meeting and review, negotiate the contracts to conclude the sales;
- Follow with contract reviews and comply to Company’s policies;
- Make necessary data input on profit & lost, and produce reports as assigned;
- Updates on competitors and market information.
Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years with professional sales experiences;
- Experience in construction, lift industry, technical related area is a plus;
- Has a strong aspiration for sales and contract winning;
- Has good negotiation and communication skills;
- Competitive, resilient, perceptive;
- Fast learner, creative, cooperative;
- Persuasive, can inspire trust, capable of build and maintain relationship.
