Senior Finance Advisory

Job description:

1. To join any projects of finance advisory, such as:

  • Equitisation consultancy.
  • Withdrawal of State Capital.
  • Securities issuance consultancy.
  • Consultancy on listing stock.
  • Consultancy M&A: Search and connect commercial affair in M&A consultancy; construct, give solutions, make M&A consultancy’s documents; organize activities related to M & A consultancy.
  • Financial restructuring consultancy.

2. Carry out analysis report on the company, industry or business areas for the purpose of financial advice to clients. Financial analysis and performance evaluation of enterprise and industry in the economy. Establish an industry database and make assessment reports about industry analysis, service in service of enterprise consultancy activities. 

3. Search and obtain information system or data related to the company that you are in charge.

4. Assist enterprises in carrying out procedures related to consultancy documents with management agencies (State Securities Commission, Stock Exchange, ...)

5. Continuing consultancy, supporting enterprises after licensing procedures. 

 

6. Participate in the development of professional models and improve knowledge.

7. Perform other tasks as assigned by HOD.

Requirements:

  • Have 3-4 years of experience in the same position in the areas of investment, finance, banking, auditing, fund management. Candidates who have experience working in the following positions: corporate finance consultants, analysts, and participated in M & A projects will be getting plus.
  • Bachelor degree in economics or finance & banking or auditing.
  • Certificates: CFA, ACCA, CPA... Financial Analysis certificate or Fund Management certificate, issued by the State Securities Commission or Audit Certificates.
  • Must have a certificate that is equivalent to CEFR level B2 (Eg: IELTS 6.0 is the minimum)
  • Be proficient in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Express/ Microsoft Outlook.
  • Know how to use a scanner, fax machine, photocopy printer, printer.

Executive Broker

Job description:

 

1. Search and develop new customers:

  • Search and develop new customers.
  • Support/Advise to open trading accounts and linked bank accounts
  • Consult the SBBS service provided
  • Place trading orders for customers
  • Guide customers to use online trading software

2. Take care of customers who are allocated according to the list:

  • Contact/Send emails to SBBS's customers who have stopped trading or according to the list of allocated customers
  • Update to SBBS's service support/Guide to activate transactions
  • Guide customers to use online trading software
  • Receive orders and place orders for customers

3. Receive the feedback or the request about SBBS's services:

  • Update the feedback and make a report to the manager
  • Send reports/research/market summaries to customers when they request

4. Other duties:

  • Complete the order list according to SBBS process
  • Make daily/monthly/quarterly reports ... as the manager's request
  • Other tasks assigned by HOD

Requirements:

 

  • At least 01-year experience in the same position
  • Graduate from University/College of Economics, Finance, and Banking

IT System Administrator

 

Job description:

 

  • Provide 1st & 2nd level (L1 & L2) support in analyzing, diagnosing and resolving End-user and back-end ICT infrastructure related issues.
  • Perform UAT (user acceptance test) and work with vendors to assure new enhancement/services checking in system timely and functionally.
  • Join Product specification design at system side, perform UAT on new enhancement related to the new product.
  • Secure network system by establishing and enforcing policies; defining and monitoring access.
  • Establishes networking environment by designing system configuration; defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards. Plan/Design/Implement network devices.

 

 

 

Requirements:
  • Graduate from college/university about Information Technology.
  • Strong knowledge of network and ICT products, network switch, firewall, router, wireless network, VPN, etc.
  • Experience in deploy and monitor application. Used to work in Securities Company is an advantage.

Operation Executive

 

 

 

Job description:
  • Receive account opening request from clients (directly/indirectly from Brokerage), verify conditions to open accounts, and input information on the system upon account opening document.
  • Verify client information and signature on account opening forms, then submit to supervisor for cross verification and grant initial limit.
  • Receive increase limit request from brokers, print appendix for increase limit for the broker.
  • Verify client information and signature on the appendix of the increased limit, then submit for granting.
  • Collect Margin loan as a request from brokers
  • Prepare daily reports, monthly reports, quarterly reports, yearly reports…
  • Update margin ratio into the system, send notifications to clients…
  • Explain to brokers, clients about the margin financing service, margin interest, interest calculation,…
  • Discover system faults when processing daily operations, co-operate with the vendor, IT, Finance, Bank to find out solutions, request vendor to fix errors, follow up and test when it is released 
  • Create new products, new services into the system as approved in hard copy.
  • Back up other functions when required: cash advance, account opening, buy-sell settlement, shareholder management, …
  • Update new regulations, circular… related to the job
  • Other duties shall be assigned from time to time by HOD
Requirements:
  • Graduate in Finance, Banking, Accounting major.
  • No experience required.
  • Preferred working experience in this industry.
  • Hard-working, careful, honest.
  • Can use English and MS Office well.
