Job Description
- Implement recruitment as process and manpower budget approved to ensure all recruitment requirements are met in a timely manner and orientation program for newcomers
- Deliver and implement HR procedures in staffing/transfer/movement/resignation
- Manage employee profiles and update/follow up data information in the system
- Follow up some benefits schemes for staff such as AON, uniforms… and others payment
- Communicate and implement other HR processes and procedures in a full compliance with company's regulations and frameworks
- Implement some tasks assigned in People & Organization Development Pillars (TPM Methodology) such as following up pillar KPIs, meeting minutes…
- Ad-hoc projects/assignments/tasks required from HRBP Supply Chain
 
Job Requirement
- Possess at least Bachelor Degree preferably Human Resources, Law, Business Administration
- Requires at least 2+ years FMCG full-time the same position with equivalent title and business size
- Dynamic, good English and communication skill
- Team player with ability to work with various stakeholders & levels of employees
- Proactive initiative and communication style
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge in TPM Methodology - preferred
