1, DESCRIPTIONS
Job description:
• Perform confirmation and settlement for Foreign Exchange/Money Market/Fixed Income/Derivatives transactions.
• Review underlying documents as per supporting document matrix and ensure FX & Loan transactions are reflected correctly and accurately in the system.
• Perform Sanctions screening of underlying documents of Treasury Operations and Loan Operations.
• Review NOSTRO mismatches related to Treasury Operations & Loan Operations & perform investigation if any.
• Develop, implement, maintain or strengthen effective internal controls in the processing as well as ensure compliance with pertinent legal and regulatory requirements and institutional policies, standards.
• Review new regulatory changes related to Treasury operations & Loan Operations and enhance processes and reporting requirements accordingly.
• Liaise and coordinate with Front Office to understand and review Treasury’s NPA for Treasury Operations processes for newly launched products.
• Develop and implement automation projects and new system implementations that will improve overall productivity.
• Prepare & contribute data for regulatory reports related to Foreign Exchange/Money Market/Fixed Income/Derivatives/loan transactions.
2, QUALIFICATIONS
Qualification/Job skills:
University graduate with min. 2 years work experience in banking operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills (Word and Excel)
• Attentive to details with high accuracy in work.
