I. PR Assistant
Description:
- Assists PR executive, marketing team in planning, coordinating and executing public relations activities, events to promote new movies and CGV’s image.
- Assistant PR executive in coordinate with print, online, TV, Radio press to have good PR coverage.
- Assist with design, production, editing, delivery and payment of invitation, clips, images and other marketing or PR material if needed.
- Assists with writing and distributing new press release, information for movie or any event that is held by CGV.
- Assist to update print, online, TV, Radio press with new movie schedule, movie information, movie image, trailer and other related clips.
- Collect and clip all PR coverage from Print, Online, Radio, and TV to make PR report for each PR campaign on daily basic.
- Work closely with marketing team, event helper to ensure best efficiency of the PR program and event.
- Support marketing team to create and implement marketing plans to achieve target box office of each movie.
- Follow-up on cinema promotion actions on a cycle basis.
- Control merchandise promotion in cinema and newspaper, online, TV….
- Together with Marketing Manager and marketing team to plan and manage the events for new movies.
- Work with marketing team to come up with effective event concept that meets movie marketing guide lines.
Requirement:
- University/ College graduated.
- Experience in PR/advertising/ Promotion role or adequate experience within 2 years.
- Good at Office computer skills.
- Good at press release writing.
- Good at English.
- Able to work under high pressure and work overtime.

II. HR Payroll Specialist
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- • Join HR system transformation and upgrading project together with C&B team.
- • Distributing and preparing payments, accuracy of information provided and legal compliance including calculating overtime, shift payments, incentive schemes and bonuses, maintaining payroll records.
- • Ensure that the payroll is processed timely & accurately. Implement other benefits and related payments (Social & Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, and PIT).
- • Complete monthly/annually personal income tax declaration for employees, or expatriates and report to Tax Department. Contact Tax authorities on new issues of personal income tax and inform to employees promptly.
- • Execute remuneration and bonus policies to ensure it is correct vs company policies, transparent & focus on objective criteria.
- • Responsible for salary administration, analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets. Collect data about company's Compensation policies and analyze them to prepare reports.
- • Follow up with employees, managers, or external agencies (e.g., government departments, insurance providers, outsourcing) to verify that the information provided is accurate and complete. Maintain employee records manually or in a human resources information system (HRIS) so that information is accurate and secure.
- • Responsible for administration of the Labor Law, the Collective Labor Agreement, the Internal Regulations Agreement, all extra-contractual agreements and any other provision that may be applicable.
- • Solving employees complains or queries.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor Degree/College Diploma
• Previous experience in whole circle of payroll
• Experience using HR Softwares and systems is an advantage
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word)
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
