Responsibilities
• Providing end-user technical support and training to staff in the KPMG Ho Chi Minh City office
• Deployment machine, support office and some KPMG application
• Support end user daily for troubleshooting all issues: MS Office, Windows 10, Outlook, Internet, printers, replace machines,…
• Warehouse management
Requirements:
• A qualified Vietnamese candidate, with a university degree in IT or a related field
• New graduate or at least 01 year work experience in a similar role
• Proficient with Windows 10 and MS Office 2013 products
• A team player who is proactive and who has a service oriented mindset
To be willing to work as part of a team, doing what it takes to get jobs done
• A good command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese
