3. Plan and develop strategies to continuously improve and optimize the online experience as well as develop affiliate marketing programs, SEO, SEM, Social Media and Email marketing.
4. Stay up to date of online trends and software developments.
5. Provide analytic reports of online sales.
6. Create and maintain an online business plan.

1. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
2. To be educated to degree level in Digital Marketing or any related field;
3. Have creative and free spirit;
4. Be able to make and implement online business plan;
5. Have ability and experience in team management;
6. To be well-informed about mordern technology and front end technology to be able to optimize web page, social network, and mobile application.
7. Have knowledge about Magento and online payment are preferable.
