Job Grade: Junior/Senior

Job Title: Database Development

Report to: Analytic Leader

Liaises with: Relating Departments

Job Purpose: This position is responsible for all database management activities. Such organisations turn to a skilled expert known as a database developer to design, implement and maintain programs/process flow that enable relating teams to update. Support Analytic Team on hand the data troubleshooting, fix issue, pleasing data before being analyst.

Job description:

 Maintain CRM database to ensure data integrity and improve existing queries using SQL or relating programs

 Create and maintain documentation and diagrams of current and new database programs

 Maintain data warehouse for reporting efficiency using SQL/VBA

 Develop Excel VBA application for a variety of reports.

 Perform troubleshooting, resolution and root cause analysis for database and application specific incidents

 Ability to export and import data from/to various formats like delimited raw/text file, MS-Excel, XML, SQL Server, MS-Access.

 Ability to transfer data between various servers and/or data sources.

 Ability to restore databases and individual tables upon request.

 Requirement:

 Proactive, fast learner

 Strong overall knowledge of EXCEL, MICROSOFT ACCESS and SQL Server
