RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be in charge of an end-to-end recruitment procedure
• Recommend, build and implement recruitment plans to fulfill the business requirements and talent development strategy
• Using variety of recruitment methods to build Base talent pool and ensure efficient recruitment process in very short time.
• Provide and execute immediate strategy for sourcing potential candidates for key positions.
• Maintain professional expertise by participating in Base sponsored networks events, job fair and relevant technology networking activities.
• Continually optimize and maintain good relationship to all potential candidate.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
• Familiar with e-commerce operation, digital marketing would be an advantage
• Outstanding networking and communication skills with a warm touch, good time management and organizational skill
• BA degree in HRM or relevant field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal & problem solving skills
