Role Description
The role has two key functions:
1. Business Development (75%), including:
● Outreach and engagement with potential LightPath clients and strategic partners in-market
● Build a comprehensive network with other key education stakeholders in Vietnam (schools,
vocational colleges, universities, education companies, government)
● Identify new business opportunities in-market for LightPath and LightPath clients
● Assist with product development
● Manage LightPath sales pipeline
2. Account Management (25%): Management of LightPath client account(s), including:
● Deliver agreed set of deliverables and meet KPIs, within project timelines
● Regular reporting and communication according to client’s requirements
● Coordinate and manage events on behalf of client (as required)
● Stakeholder engagement on behalf of client
● Business development - identification of new commercial opportunities/partnerships for client
Desired skills and experience
Experience
● Preferred candidates will have studied overseas
● Major in finance/business or related field
● At least 5 years business development experience
● Experience working in the education sector, or consulting role
● Exceptional local network (particularly corporate, education, government)
● Proven relationship management and networking skills delivering value for clients
● Proven experience in scanning the market for new business opportunities
