An international telemarketing call center (Telestar) is looking for talent for IT Support.

Working location: Nhạc Việt Building, Xa Lo Ha Noi, Thao Dien, Dist 2.

Working hour: From 8:30 - 5h:30 From Mon - Fri.

Job description:

- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

- Setting up accounts for new users

- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary - Testing new technology

Requirement:

- Good at English.

- At least 1 year experience in IT Support, IT helpdesk,..

- Experiencing in Start-up environment is a plus.

- Meticulous, detail-orientated...
