As a senior category marketing executive, you will be responsible for:
- Campaign Planning and Execution (40% workload)
- Brainstorm, plan and manage monthly, quarterly, annual campaigns for your in charged category with clear objective and target.
- Keep oversight on campaigns and make necessary adjustments so as to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Propose initiatives for category development in terms of (communication strategy, brand partnership strategy, promotion scheme, etc.)
- Conceptualize and develop interesting, relevant campaigns for Tiki’s customers with delightful user experience through desktop, mobile site, and apps interface to achieve conversion.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for campaign execution.
- Continue refine and revamp campaign planning and execution processes.
- Work closely with brand partnership, online marketing, engineering and design leadership teams to drive aspects of campaign planning, channel optimization, as well as catalogue, landing and store page launches.
- Manage onsite ownership (Look-and-feel, attributes, filtering, features, content, and banners) of Tiki’s Homepage.
- Use performance tracking, reporting and optimizing campaign performance.
- Ensure exposure to different online marketing channels (Google ads, Facebook ads, social media, affiliates, & CRM pushes) effectively.
- Brand Partnership (40% workload)
- Meet up with partners, explain in details brand partnership package of Tiki and discuss for investment from partners.
- Create and implement co-branding marketing plan with partners to develop effective co-marketing opportunities and branding integrations/activations in coordination with the Commercial Team, Online Marketing Team, PR- Branding team, etc.
- Arrange and execute onsite resource package and page decoration for in charged brand partnerships campaigns.
- Keep oversight on campaigns and make necessary adjustments so as to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Conduct final report, send to partners and respond to partner’s inquiries if any.
- Onsite Merchandise (20% workload)
- Manage full onsite arrangement for Tiki’s Homepage (Look-and-feel, attributes, filtering, features, content, and banners).
- Create campaign governance and resource allocation criteria.
- Ensure page decoration and banner production is aligned with all categories and campaigns.
- Arrange and execute of onsite resource package and page decoration for the campaign.

- Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field required.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (specifically MS Excel)
- Experience of 2 or more years in marketing (experience in e-commerce is a plus but not required).
- Working experience from the retail organization/brand team/account management in agency is a plus but not required.
- Professional & Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing is required.
- Good English written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be flexible for overtime working and have enthusiasm for teamwork and fast-paced environments.
- Independent, proactive and critical thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented and passionate to work quickly/efficiently to meet deadlines.
