Job Title: IT SUPPORT / IT HELPDESK INTERNSHIP

Location: EXO Travel - Saigon Head Office - 7/8/9 Floor, 261 - 263 Phan Xich Long, Ward 2, Phu Nhuan District

Job Tag: IT Support Intern, IT Helpdesk Intern, Hardware Engineer Intern, Network Engineer Intern

Responsibilities:

Check and maintain a variety of personal computing and network hardware and software systems
Support staff some IT problems (telephone, printer,…)
Repair and handle IT office hardware and software issues (PCs, laptops, …)
Support IT team in installing, testing and maintaining a variety of personal computing and network hardware and software systems, with local area network and wide area network connections.

Requirements:

Qualification:
- Study in IT major or other related fields
- A 4th-year student is preferable
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Using MCSA, CCNA, LINUX,… is a plus
Skills:
- Positive and optimistic in problem-solving
- Dynamic, willing to learn attitude.
- Good computer literacy (MS Office)
- Troubleshooting skills relating to computer, software, application,…
