REPORTING SOUTH HORECA TEAM

 1.       Sales informations reports

 ·            Daily, weekly, monthly sales report by sales executive versus objective

·            Monthly report by month by client and by brand/product versus objective

·            Missed sales report

 2.       Sales tools reporting

 ·            Daily stock/OOS report + date of next arrival

·            Forecast follow up : update forecast with real sales by month by item and with missed sales

·            Keep the clients by sales executive file updated (new clients, clients that are closing, new contact, …)

 HORECA TEAM SUPPORT

 ·            Ensure the information of Purchase Order is processed accurately

·            Call/emailing to  customers to confirm the fax reception ( order)

·            Ensure the delivery of goods is made on time with the exact ordered products

·            Send emails with monthly/weekly promotions

·            Follow up when receipts of a new client demand (price list, contract,etc)

·            To advise the Sales Manager of any significant issues either within the company or from customers which might impact the business.

·            Process credit note, returns , claims,  transactions

·            Cooperating with other departments to ensure the efficient functioning of  HoReCa Food team

·            Keep all internal information confidential

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

 

 

 

 

.            University degree in business, commerce, marketing or other related field

 

 

 

 

.            At least 1 year experience at the same position in FMCG company

.            Highly disciplined (reports are made as requested, with precision and regularity)

.            Team spirit

.            Understanding of the customers needs

.            Having empathy for the customers situation

.            Handles in the best interest of both the customer and the company

.            Ability to use internal informations systems to analyses the customers situation and performance 

.            Having a pleasant, friendly style

.            Willing to build a long-term relationship with the customer

.            Service minded

.            Strong command of English in writing & speaking is plus
