PURPOSE OF POSITION

Manage sourcing process and operation procurement work of 2 breweries for CAPEX/MRO and services.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Sourcing for MRO/ CAPEX and services of 2 breweries.
Ensures that products are delivered in a timely manner, and that the quality of the goods received is satisfactory
Ensure information are recorded in SAP/ERP system correctly and accurately
Manage and develop performance of suppliers.
Coordinate with IE team to do custom clearance of imported goods
Resolve operational concerns (block transaction, deliveries, claims, etc.)
Coordinate w/ Strategic Buyers and others to implement initiative for cost improvement
Assist Strategic Buyers to screen and accredit suppliers
Coordinate w/ others to implement S2P best practices
Coordinate with global/zone team for project and process.
Follow up strictly the Procurement policy and compliance process
