The Logistic Officer must ensure that all aspects of a logistics team, such as shipping, ware-housing and procurement, are working together to fill orders and deliver materials on a timely basis. They will review all processes and systems and design and implement new plans and procedures as needed.

- Preparation of various dispatch and customs documents
- Understanding the various Logistic process according to the flow of goods
- Arrange the domestic transport for machinery and parts;
- Secure the delivery and date for the client delivery
- Perform quality checks on the Logistics Service (transporters)
- Coordinates with brokers/forwarders to prepares all the necessary documents for the Customs release of all BU
- Input data on software
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Vietnamese native is a MUST.
- Bachelor/Colleague degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, International business, Commercial, Trading, …
- English skills (verbal & written): Business level.
- Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in a defense manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Experience in managing manufacturing processes, productivity, and efficiency measurements
- Proficient in customs clearance process
- Planning, organizing and coordinating skills in an international environment
