JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Capex process owner:
- Help all functions especially Supply Chain and Commercial functions to prepare business cases for all capex purchases
- Be capex process owner to justify capital projects and manage cost under budget. Alert senior managers when budget excess for further approval as per LCOA;
- Co-ordinate with productivity manager to provide the necessary information of Post evaluation for key SC projects given cross functional review.
- Provide cost tracking for major projects to ensure capex spend is in line with budget. Alert Function Head/Project manager if scope change or over budget for prior approval. Monthly reporting to Function Head/Project Managers and status update
- Maintain monthly capital planning template for internal and Group on time and with quality;
- Ad-hoc reports as required by line manager;
2. Business Partnering with Supply Chain for freight cost analysis
- Analyse actual freight costs against BP/RE/PY on time and with quality.
- Support Logistics and Procurement partners to identify risks & opportunities and co-ordinate with productivity manager to validate saving cost monthly with full alignment. Alert senior managers if any risk vs. RE/BP.
- Prepare COE reports for quarterly meeting with Function Head/SCM and also highlight over spends with insightful explanation.
- Chiefly liaise with logistics partners to analyse any Business Case when required.
3. Business partner & Financial reports
- Monthly Freight cost/Capex reports completed & reviewed with functional head before actual, RE, BP submission.
- Providing management with relevant reports for decision making

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Sound accounting & financial knowledge, as well as SAP ERP system,
- Solid hands-on analytical experience with detail-orientation, preferably from FMCG industry,
- Independent and hands-on, with around 2-3 years work experience in operational roles. Business Partner to SC is preferable
- Strong skill in excel & MS office
- High degree of maturity, confidence, with strong communication, influencing & interpersonal skills.
- Team player, business acumen enough to have whole business overview & understand impact of decisions & actions to the whole business
- Flexible working hours and ability to work under intense pressure
- Self-motivated, diligence and resilience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Management
- MBA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA is preferable
- 3 years experience minimum in Business Analyst or at least two years in the same position
- Good interpersonal skills and good command of spoken and written in English
- Good skills in Microsoft Office Application especially excellent in using of excel formula
- Familiar on SAP ERP system and FMCG background is preferable
