JOB DESCRIPTION

RMA Claim for Multi Vendors:

·       Prepare RMA data from ASC repair jobs and defective part returned to Yusen

·       Photo processing to report to vendors in order to have valid claim

·       Input into CSS claim system

·       Prepare Excel data with enough information and photos inserted follow different guideline from each vendor

·       Check 100% ASC jobs those replace panel or Ocell to find out any missing information from ASCs

·       Email to ASC for each missing information cases to follow up to push ASC input information correctly, train ASC technicians to follow technical news via email

·       Instruct/train ASC/Yusen how to handle F60 parts to speed up the F60 defective parts to SO to support quality improvement

·       Analyze claim data to report unable to claim reason

·       Evaluate and self-improve skill to shorten working time and productivity

Other Tasks:

• Other tasks relating to Service Control & Planning assigned by superiors

REQUIREMENT

·       Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant

·       English communication in business level

·       Good at IT skill, especially in photo processing

·       Experience of working in service area is an advance

·       Can adapt with high workload

·       Good communication in email and telephone

·       Be careful and courteous

·       Knowledge of customer service principles and practices is a priority

Working location: 93 Nguyen Du, Ben Nghe ward, district 1, HCMC

Working time: 8:30 AM - 5:45 PM, Mon-Fri
