RESPONSIBILITIES:

A.      Product portfolio management

- Support Brand Manager in managing product portfolio, including:

  • Order New Launch (including Product, Samples, Promotion, Merchandising etc.) in timely manner
  • Consolidate & keep track of all new launch and in IMW Tracking file.
  • Charge-out new launch from Hub to Vietnam in timely manner

 

- Closely monitor competitors’ product lineup, pricing and activities to propose proper defense or attack plan

 

B.      Marketing activities management

- Key launching, re-promote & promotional campaign:

  • Assist BM to execute 360 degree launching (including Print, Digital, EDM, CRM, Activation, Visual Merchandising, Promotion and POSM, etc.)

- Promotion activities:

  • Develop monthly promotion plan
  • Monitor promotion stocks
  • Tracking & reporting

 

- Digital:

In charge of Bobbi Brown Facebook Posting Calendar and Community Management

- Visual Merchandising:

  • Plan & order merchandising items for Counter.
  • Deploy all merchandising items per campaign at Counter
  • Response to counter request for counter maintenance.

 

- New counter set-up: Support in new counter set up if any,

 

- Retailers & Media relationship management: Sharing products and campaign news to retail partners & media on frequent basis or per request.

C.      Tracking & Monitoring

- Expense management: Manage expense of all orders (Digital, PR, GWP, Samples, collaterals, printed materials, agency fee, etc) and involve in facilitating payment process

 

- Database management: Keep record of marketing activities materials for reference and development (PR clipping reports, Digital, etc)

 

- Evaluation: Conduct basic analysis to measure marketing activities and provide insightful recommendations to improve business performance

 

- Monitor Retailer’s activities and promotion and propose relevant activities in line with MKT Calendar

 

D.      General Administration

- Process all shopping carts & follow vendor payments process for the department

- Ads & MKT Activities Registration

- Facilitate MKT update in frequent brand/corporate meeting (Office Breakfast Meeting, Team Breakfast Meeting)

- Support corporate activities when needed

 

E.      Plan and Lead Brand MKT Calendar and 18-month rolling forecast

- Formulate brand marketing objectives and programs

- Make product selection, assortment, and suggest relevant pricing  based on IMW Offering

- Makes decisions on promotions items (including collaterals) and creative concepts

- Develop marketing and media plans, calendars, printed materials, tools

- Develop/Plan Promotional programs (GWP, Sampling & Special Events)

- Develop plans for Merchandizing, working with Brand Coordinator for Visual Merchandising to be in line with Marketing Calendar & well implemented.

- Prepare marketing activities online & offline to be in line with the approved Marketing Calendar.

- Develop PR Plan with ideas, topics for editorial write-ups, press discussions, key monthly highlights. Manage relationship with KOLs for regular support

 

F.      Execute MKT Calendar

- Ensure strong execution of brand marketing and media plans/calendars and major launches.

- Analyzes marketing performance of product line.  Develop and recommend marketing activities/programs including sales driven and brand building to meet business goals.

- Align with Sales and Education team for new product launch forecasting and promotion plan in line with Brand Strategies and coordinate with Brand Demand Planner and the Regional Marketing to ensure that correct weighted product mix and current sales objectives are reflected in saleable product forecast.

- Manages brand advertising and promotional budget. Reviews expenses of promotions / marketing / advertising activities to keep strict control over costs.

- Conducts post launch evaluation analysis of major programs.

 

G.     Other tasks: As assigned by Brand Manager

Qualifications
  

- University Degree or equivalent Advanced Diploma in Sales and Marketing.

- Good communication skills and fluent in both written and oral English.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

- Well groomed and poised.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good computer skills.
