PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- After training, possess a strong understanding of the nature of products, services and marketing processes.
- Work directly with the founders on marketing strategy, advertising analytics, and other special projects.
- Closely coordinate with other team members to resolve customers’ requests and follow up actively and efficiently.
- Ads & performance optimization on Google, Instagram, Tiktok and various emerging channels.
- Research emerging marketing channels, trends and competitors.
- Reach out & handle press inquiries and partnerships.
- Manage product flow & features testing Gain customer insights by directly interacting with our customers and closely collaborating with the Customer Experience Team.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
- Fluent in written English (IELTS ≥ 7.0 or equivalent, certificate is not compulsory), exposure to US culture is great plus!
- Graduated with excellence record in marketing or related field. No experience is required. Passion for Skincare is a great plus!
- Marketing mindset: you can step into the customers’ mind and create creative campaigns that leads to sales.
- Self starter with Ownership mindset: Always being prepared, ready for any challenges and persistence to success with minimal guidance, uncertainty and ambiguity.
- Passionate about start up, technology, e-commerce, skin care
- Strong sense of responsibility and proactive work attitude.
- Ability to work weekends, flexible hours, late hours for the US market.

CHÍNH SÁCH ĐÃI NGỘ
- Probation: 1 month (100% salary)
- 12 annual leaves, 13th month salary
- Up to 15 million VND (plus bonus - Gross - negotiable)
