Position Summary:

• Job Title: Junior Machine Learning Engineering / Junior Data Scientist
• Department: Engineering team
• Report to: Head of Engineering & Senior Data Scientist

Daily tasks:

• Create a Machine Learning model related to Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing to solve industrial problems
• Research and implement machine learning model from academia to industrial
• Write code and deploy machine learning models into production environments
• Build pipeline for continuously validating and updating

Skills and Experiences:

• Background in Comp Science, Data Science, Information Tech, Engineering or related field
• 1+ year of hands-on experience in working as a Software Engineer, Data Scientist, or Machine Learning Engineering
• Familiar with Python, R code, and end-to-end ML Life Cycle
• Experience in using frameworks like Pytorch, Tensorflow, Spacy or HuggingFace
• A team player but can work independently as well
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• English proficiency in 4 skills (upper-intermediate level)

Good to have:

• Experience in building Vision-Language Modeling
• Good to know how to deploy machine learning model into production using tools like Azure or Google Cloud Platform
