Description:

• Design, implement and maintain Microsoft technology systems and networks, which include personal computers, servers, networking equipment, operating systems and software applications

• Maintain and update system documentation and policy

• Maintain and enhance security, recover lost data and resolve system crashes

• Oversee IT vendor selection and management, including hardware, software, networking and telecommunications

• Support the company's administrative functions, including purchasing and inventory control

• Manage the Helpdesk and suggest enhancements in process and procedures

• Other tasks requested by the manager

Requirements:

• Male

• Graduated from University/ College

• English communication

• About 5 years of working experience

• Possess one of the following certificates: MCSA, CCNA, CCNP, CISSP or VCP-DCV

Note: Need to attend training session in the Factory (Bien Hoa – Dong Nai) during the probation.
