Location: Long Thanh High-tech Industrial Park, Long Thanh Town, Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province
Working time: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
Salary: Upto 16M GROSS

Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day IT operation support, IT troubleshooting, maintaining SLA, Gather and analyze new utilize responsible IT assets and provide support to deliver IT project related to hardware, network in the office, software, and business applications as below:
• Work with IT VN Head to provide support for the use of existing software and business applications
• Gather and analyze new business requirements, work with IT VN Head and coordinate with IT from head office to propose best-fit solutions as well as supporting testing, training and go-live
• Manage and perform day-to-day IT operation support, troubleshooting, maintaining SLA, tracking using the ticketing system and delivering internal IT training
• Manage, utilize (procure, upgrade, rotate, replace) and maintain inventory of computers, other end user’s devices, conferencing device
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTSRequirements:
• College or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineer, Computer Science, or any related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in IT technical support and network, software.
• English: can communicate and write reports, emails; TOEIC 550
