SENIOR TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Inspire and align the team with the client’s vision, mission, and values by ensuring clear communication of business objectives, fostering ownership, and driving a shared sense of purpose. 

  • Lead Agile & Scrum processes by facilitating sprints, tracking tasks in Jira, and ensuring smooth execution while aligning development efforts with business goals.

  • Provide technical leadership by understanding and addressing development challenges, ensuring best practices, and guiding the team in making informed technical decisions.

  • Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders by translating technical discussions into clear, actionable insights for the client while managing expectations and priorities. 

  • Identify and mitigate risks early by proactively solving potential bottlenecks, communicating trade-offs to stakeholders, and ensuring project continuity.

  • Continuously improve processes by refining Agile workflows, fostering a collaborative team culture, and encouraging best practices.

 REQUIREMENTS

Technical skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, successfully leading Agile software teams.

  • Proven ability to optimize development workflows, drive technical decision-making, and enhance team productivity.

  • Expertise in Agile & Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and Jira tracking.

  • Strong technical understanding of how to evaluate and communicate development challenges and solutions effectively.

  • Experience in risk and issue management, with the ability to proactively identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.

REMOTE FRONT-END DEVELOPER
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Work with the team on the technical direction and implementation of projects and specific domains, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements. 

  • Use best practices in coding, design, and architecture. 

  • Optimize and enhance application performance, security, and scalability. 

  • Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and architectural discussions. 

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the postal platform remains innovative and competitive. 

  • Document design decisions, system designs, and technical specifications.

 REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, with substantial experience in React development and design systems.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SCSS. Experience with component libraries, design tokens, and tools like Storybook. Knowledge of Figma and iconography principles is a plus.

  • Design and UX Sensitivity: Strong understanding of design principles and a passion for building components that are user-centered and visually cohesive.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems like Git, and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.).

  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and building accessible React components.

  • Knowledge of design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and how they translate to React components.

 

Soft skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and evolving design standards.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with design, product, and engineering teams.

  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on creating high-quality, accessible, and reusable components.
