Reporting to TEAM LEADER you will be responsible for:

Follow up on leads, call potential sellers to set appointments;

Schedule meetings with potential sellers;

Present Lazada Marketplace and convince sellers to start selling on Lazada.vn;

Negotiate contract terms and structure deals;

Actively contribute to and manage a sales funnel in Salesforce.com software;

Work with the rest of the Marketplace team to get images and text of the sellers products online;

Work with marketing to boost sales;

Build a greater Lazada Marketplace;

Take ownership of enrolling the in-coming seller into our systems, communication of process, and coordination of pre-corporation. Training and coaching new coming seller about process and management the sales system which Lazada will provide them account by cold call and meetings, doing test and make sure seller have qualified enough for reactivation their seller account in system (The sales system will maintain sales activity for sellers);

Setup, arrange meetings to train all sellers every week;

Responsible and follow up to re-train and monitor to improve existing sellers whose bad performance;

Responsible for tracking, monitoring systems, and pulling reports for business application;

Working closely with Shipping provider ,Seller/Supplier, PSC, catalog , warehouse and sales team;

Work with sellers to get their products live on Lazada Marketplace;

Send content templates, call to explain required input and follow up;

Coach sellers on content guidelines (descriptions, images);

Prepare and update overviews of content pipeline, backlogs and progress;

Be the central coordinator and work with our sales department, content department, data team.

 

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

Enthusiasm for e-commerce and its possibilities;

Strong communication & negotiation skills;

Good knowledge of English language;

Ability in working independent as well as team-working;

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);

Enthusiastic, creative, well-organized;

Strong analytical skills and can deal with numbers;

Structured person focused on process, details, and quality;

Sales experience is a plus;

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment and maintain a high level of confidentiality;

Opened mind so able to work both independently and within a team;

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and written at all levels within the organization and fluent in English;

Ability to work both on the phone and face to face.

 

REQUIRED:

Capability of strong argument;

Not afraid to pick up the phone and chase people.

 

Duration: 3 months

Working hours: 9a.m - 6p.m

Full-time positions will be given to outstanding candidates after

3 months probation.
