Job Description:
- Generate enthusiasm and inspiration for ZALORA website and brand through optimization initiatives and constant high-quality appearance of website visuals and text, easy navigation and effective user-interface;
- Work with relevant channels (i.e. Customer Relationship Management, Campaign Management, Social Media, SEO etc) to gain more customer insights throughout daily/major campaigns and events and perform tasks accordingly where needed;
- Coordinate closely with Product Management and Onsite team to carry local/regional initiatives to constantly improve and optimize ZALORA website and customers shopping experience;
- Understanding where customers entries on website and which Marketing channel and device they come from and their expectations towards the website content;
- Assist in creating and analyzing relevant onsite reports (i.e. Landing Pages, DoubleClick Management, Search Terms etc) to provide insightful findings and trend into customers' behavior on ZALORA website.
Requirement:
- Effective commutation in both English and Vietnamese;
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and organization skills;
- Resilience, patience and ability to learn on the job to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
- Must be computer/tech-savvy and comfortable working with system/process;
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills;
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel);
- Enthusiasm and aptitude for working in a fast-paced and collaborative start-up environment;
- Good knowledge and understanding of online marketing data is preferred.
