Tasks:

• Design and development of applications to customers which is based using Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate.
• Actively involve self in the analysis of requirements & implementation of enhancements and change requests.
• Perform unit, integration, system testing and peer reviews.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with RBEI associates.
• Short term travels required to RBEI on a need basis.
• Mentor RBVH associates on J2EE technologies. 

Mandatory Skills:

• BA Degree.
• Technology requirements: Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate (ORM Tool).
• The candidate must have 1 to 3 yrs of strong technical experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, any ORM Tool technology areas.
• The candidate should be able to code/develop an application in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate technology using a design specification.
• The candidate should be able to architect/design/code applications in Java, J2EE technology.
• Excellent analytical, communication and customer handling skills is a must. Must be able to groom technical specialists.
• Good communication and presentation skills and inter-personal skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in German / Japanese language skills is a plus
