1. 01 ERP Business Analyst (report to MIS Manager)
Job description:
- Identified and document Company business requirements in detail (requirement specification) with all assumption and caveats included
- Analysis company business needs (current and future)
- Document the Software product's vision and the scope
- Define quality attributes, external interfaces, constrains, and other nonfunctional requirements
- Lead requirements analysis and verfication, ensuring that requirement statement are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensive, traceable, feasible, unambiguous and verifiable, and that they conform to standards.
- Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents. Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly.
Job requirement:
- At least 5 year prior working ERP Business analysis experience
- Strong understanding of ERP software and related terminology, best practice, project management, business rules and customer requirements.
- Bachelor in Information technology/Computer Science.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skill
- Strong communication skills within the team and stakeholders.
- Must be dedicated, ethical, organized, professional and a true team player.
- Excellent analytical skill
- High level of initiative with ability to seft-manage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Project management qualification
2. 01 Software Quality Controler (report to MIS manager)
Job description:
- Design and executive test plans as per the software developer plan.
- Record and document results and compare to exected results.
- Defect software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected Generate historical analysis of test results. Document anomalies and issues.
- Examine code and execution of code in various environments
- Verify specific action or function of code.
- Provide application instructions for users.
- Develop and document application test plans based on software requirements and technical specification.
- Create meaningful error handing procedure for application code.
- Ensure compliance with general programming best pratice
- Perform application security audits
Job requirement:
- Bachelor in Information Technology/Computer science
- Min. 5 year experience in similar post, prior Quality Assurance experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skill
- Strong communication skills within the team and stakeholders
- Previous exposure to start of the art Quality Assurance methodology
- Strong understanding of ERP software and related terminology, best practice, project management, business rules and customer requirements
- Must be dedicated, ethical, organized, professional and a true team player
- Excellent analytical skill
- High level of initiative with ability to self-manage
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
3. 03 Software Developer (report to ERP development Manager)
Job description:
- Develop the computer programs by applying new technologies
Job requirement:
- Bachelor in Information technology/Computer science
- Project management qualification will be an added advantage
- At least 3 year prior working ERP Business analysis experience
- Good knowledge about ERP system development life cycle
- Excellent knowledge about dot VB.net and SQL DB management
- Knowledge about Crystal report application
- Analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
