Your main responsibilities:

Continuously improving foodpanda vendors portfolio performances under operational aspects;
Acting as main point of contact for vendors regarding operational aspects;
Solve and follow-ups on vendor tickets (vendor requests) daily;
Tasks will include: vendors performance, automation, optimization, invoicing, communication to vendors;
Monitor vendors KPIs and motivate vendors to improve their performance;
Play pivotal role across foodpanda departments on behalf of foodpanda vendors to provide best-in-class service for them;
Reporting results for assigned tasks and projects to direct manager.
You are:

Requirements:

Knowledge of Excel and experience processing, filtering, and presenting data is a plus• Good written and verbal communication and motivational skills;
You are a recent graduate in Business, Economics or a technical field from an accredited university;
Fluent in Vietnamese and English;
Previous experience in CRM software is a plus.
