Job description:
• Organizing working schedule for staff.
• Joining tours for quality control.
• Recruitment: checking applications preparing job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, setting up interviews and selecting applicants.
• Training, both at the office and during the tours.
• Being Responsible for employee's records.
• Administer HR related documents, such as contracts.
Job Requirements:
• Graduated college degree.
• 0 to 1 year of working experience (preferably in the HR field).
• Strong administration skill
• Excellent interpersonal skill
• Strong communication skill, both written and verbal
• Flexible and willing to learn
• Enjoy working with people, be able to be a part of a team.
• Able to pay attention to detail
Environment: Fulltime from 9 AM to 5 PM.
