《Job Contents》
・Solving the problem&trouble of client through providing product of company.
→Sales policy of company is NOT selling product, but solving problem of client through product.
《After entrance to this company:How to learn etc.》
・At first, you shall take instruction from company for 2 months.
→About company, strategy, products and technical knowledge.
・After instruction course, you shall do sales with help of SALES LEADER(VN).
《Products》
・Sensors & Measuring machine for "Factory Automation."
《Client》
・Manufacturing company which has their own factory.
・Nationality: all, but Japanese companies are big client.
《Working style: % of new & royal customers, how to do sales etc.》
・Schedule as below is fixed by company from the aspect of efficiency;
→ 3days/week: staying in office.
What to do: Calling to clients for taking appointments, making quotation,
→ 2days/week: visiting customer

・It depends on your performance & estimation meeting with GENERAL DIRECTOR(Mr.Takao, 40s)

・The person who can explain clearly "why you would like to do sales."
→If cannot, it shall be so hard to work here.
・Working experience as sales person for 1 year or longer.
→Because you shall get achievement sooner if you know basic work process of sales.
