Manage Social Media communications and marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
- Curaterelevantcontenttoreachthecompany'sidealcustomers,partnersandthegeneralpublic.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video andwritten).
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads andsales.
- Conduct online advocacy by pitching, planning and launching proactive social media campaigns, related to company announcements, partner announcements, general awareness and branding programs.
- Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreachefforts.
- Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages,Twitter profile, andblog).
- Design, create and manage promotions and Social adcampaigns.
- Compile report for management showing results(ROI).
Become an advocate for the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for capturing customer online reviews. Monitor online ratings and respond accordingly.
Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business. Report notable threats to appropriate management.
Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.
Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
Requirements and expectations:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in community management or social marketing and/or blogging and/orcopywriting
• Passion for InformationTechnology
• Postgraduate diploma in Marketing, Communication, Foreign Languages aplus
• Excellent command of English language, both verbal & written is a must (French language is a plus)
• Computer Literate (Internet Browsing, Windows, MS Office, basicPhotoshop)
• Outstanding communication skills with an ability to think out of thebox
• To work accurate and with eye fordetail
• To have a pleasant and friendly style and a proactiveattitude

• To demonstrate ability to cooperate with a wide variety ofpeople
