Your Mission:

Ensuring the infrastructure’s operational condition (servers, network, security), as well as the office software applications’.

Ensuring qualification, installation and utilization of professional applications.

Acting as an interlocutor with companies in charge of development and third-party applications maintenance.

Networks and Security Management:

Implementation, utilization, maintenance and management of various security aspects of our IT service (firewalls, authentication equipment and mechanism, encryption, etc.);

Control of proper implementation and respect of the IT service’s security processes; Installation and follow-up of active / passive elements;

Updating network utilization/administration documentation; If needed, equipment and cabling optimization.

Management of central services:

Definition, installation and administration of servers (domain control, file systems, messaging service, remote access, intranet, Internet gateways, etc.);

Maintenance in operational condition of operating systems (Linux, Windows) and software (Exchange, back-up, antivirus, etc.);

Monitoring and administration of storage and back-up systems; Updating utilization and administration documentation.

Management of business applications:

Installation and certification of business applications during conception phase; Maintenance in operational condition of operating systems and applications; Follow-up and solving of software errors;

Updating utilization and administration documentation.

Technological surveillance on own IT domains of expertise.

Position specifics:

This position requires extensive availability, as well as good communication skills. Complete commitment is imperative.

In a context where reactivity and adjustment to both interlocutor and work environment are essential, methodology, rigor, and self-control are fundamental skills needed to cope with priorities.

Required profile:

Networks (IP protocols) and connected services (messaging service, Internet gateways, web servers);

Windows, WMware, Linux operating systems; Administration tools;

Centralized storage systems (NAS/SAN); Databases administration;

Useful knowledge: Mobile systems;

Information and telecommunication systems security. Essential abilities:

Strong analytical and communication skills; Prioritization skills and attention to deadline issues; Clear and concise writing skills for reporting.
