JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose

• To provide IT support in terms of Infrastructure Services to the company in order to achieve the business objectives and future growth including necessary training and maintenance services according to SCB Corporate IT policies, guidelines and procedures

Main Duties:

• Keep Infrastructure System such as network, servers, telecommunication, CCTV, ACS and other hardware devices works in good condition as SCB Corporate IT standard
• Provide Infrastructure Services to all company users to ensure company business runs smoothly within follow-up SCB Corporate IT policies.
• Being first local contact person for IT problem shoot
• Interview, analyze user problem, coordinate and recommend appropriate solutions for IT- related problems.
• Maintain IT inventory to secure the safeguard of IT equipments
• Train and assist end-users in using IT services, devices or applications
• Ensure all company users understand and follow all IT Policies
• Prepare IT system, configure hardware, tasks, reports as needed.
• Co-ordinate with internal/external groups to complete required tasks/projects.
• Contact with suppliers for technical support and procurement process

Dimensions

• Work with the scope of more than 5 servers, CCTV system, ACS, Time Attendant Devices over 110 clients and over 50 SAP users reside in Company Vietnam.
• Co-ordinates with corporate IT both IS and AS team in different locations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

_ Has more than 2 years Administrative Level

• _ Good in communication by English 
• _ Has a Bachelors Degree.
