JOB DESCRIPTION

_ To gather and analyze data and information, whether internal or external, to produce standardized and ad-hoc management reports.

_ To work with business development team to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs

_ To periodically participate in discussions with managers to review business results and identify opportunities for action.

_ To participate in special projects as assigned, e.g. system or process improvement, market research or any new business opportunities.

_ To analyze the effectiveness on profitability and growth and make recommendations to the management team on action plan.

_ To develop insightful and clearly actionable dashboards tailored to each sales distribution channel

_ To assess the cost-effectiveness of marketing campaigns in our distribution and direct channels based on marketing spend, lead generation, conversion ratios, average premiums and expected loss ratios

_ Based on internal and external market data, to conduct a market penetration analysis, identify opportunities and present key findings to the Director of Sales

_ To develop business models for specific partnerships based on the expected economics of the proposals.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

_ 2 years of relevant and progressively more responsible work experience in similar environment

_ 2 years in investment and/or analytics preferred

_ Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Finance/Economics degree preferred

_ Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with external partners and internal departments

_ Strong verbal and written communications (both English and Vietnamese) and organization skills.

_ Strong analytical and decision making skills

_ Possession of outstanding work ethics and drive for knowledge
