Schindler was one of the first foreign-owned elevator companies to start operating in Vietnam, back in 1995. It is involved in importing, installing and maintaining Schindler elevators and escalators. In 1998, Schindler started its own factory in Vietnam, which produces brackets, beams and builder’s elevators for both local and export purposes.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Recruitment & Selection: “Vacancies are rapidly filled with the right candidates”
• Manage end to end recruitment lifecycle processes. To be involved in manpower planning and budgeting for VNM operation
• Build an active talent pipeline and candidate pool.
• Devise and execute cost effective/creative channels to brand the employer and source quality candidates.
• Collaborate with Department Heads and managers to ensure properly achieve and maintain staffing levels.
• Establish effective relationships with internal candidates and develop and execute programs and initiatives for internal candidates.
• Manage onboarding process

• Coordinate with other HR leaders to ensure key employee engagement programs are met via company events, performance management, development programs and employee recognition programs.
• Develop and implement initiatives to build a positive employee experience in support of company strategy.
• Lead E3 team to identify and implement regular enhancements to engagement programs as part of continuous improvement efforts.

Personnel Records: “Comprehensive and up-to-date Employment records maintained for all staff”
• To maintain labour records of all employees in both hard copy and HRMS system including employee profile change made throughout the year.

• Report all Unsafe events and Incidents as per Corporate Safety Fundamental F35 Incident Investigation
• Adopt to the Schindler Zero tolerance approach towards unsafe behavior and conditions                       

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:
• University
• Degree holder in Human Resource Management or related discipline

Professional skills:
• Experience managing talent management and employee engagement projects and programs
• Strong organizational skills, follow through and demonstrated leadership
• Team oriented and works well in a collaborative environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Professional experience:
• 5+ years of hands-on managerial experience in human resources
• Recruitment background

Languages:
• Good written and spoken English
• Vietnamese

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel & Powerpoint
Special Requirements: People oriented, energetic, good communication skills

Reporting to position: Human Resources Director
