Heineken Vietnam is offering an Asia-Pacific Graduate Programme. This 24-month program offers valuable experiences and exposure for those who want to grow and enhance capabilities to the next level in the beverage industry.  Each graduate will undertake 3 assignments, all of which are 8 months in length starting with their first assignment in their Home OpCo.

 

Asia-Pacific Graduates will enjoy at least 2 rotations within Asia Pacific region spanning across countries in the Pacific like New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands and New Caledonia to Asia like Japan, Hong Kong, Mongolia, Cambodia, Taiwan, Thailand, China, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Malaysia or Singapore.

 

We are looking for Asia Pacific Graduates in the areas of:

  • Finance
  • Supply Chain
  • Procurement
  • Corporate Relations
  • Marketing
  • Sales
  • Human Resources
  • Information System

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum Criteria for Eligible Applicants:

 

 

  • Recent graduate degree or graduating students who can start work by August 2017 
  • No more than 2 years of professional work experience in your chosen function (voluntary work and internships do not count)
  • Must speak English, another language skill an added benefit
  • Desire to live and work abroad (full mobility for rotations across Asia Pacific region is a must throughout the programme)
  • Possesses a genuine interest in other countries and cultures
  • Proven leadership skills with drive to succeed, involvement in extracurricular activities advantageous
  • Experience of working, studying, or volunteering outside your home country advantageous

DEADLINE: 31/12/2016

  • Selection: November 2016 – January 2017
  • Assignment one: August 2017 – April 2018
  • Assignment two abroad: May 2018 – Dec 2018
  • Assignment three abroad: January 2019 – August 2019
