JOB DESCRIPTION

_ Develop & implement business strategies & action plans for the assigned territories 
_ Assign target for each assigned employees feasibly & reasonably based on the potential territories& resources. 
_ Coach & monitor Field Force Rep's performance in term of their business plan & assigned target.
_ Be responsible for instructing & monitoring the Field Force team’s strict implementation of the Company’s regulation, policies & rules relating to business & customers 
_ Implement the determined marketing plans & programs
_ Set up the requirement & allocation plans for promotional materials & samples for assigned territories.
_ Build up & develop good relationship with customers & new potential territories 
_ Plan business travel schedule & prepare monthly required reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

_ University Degree – Pharmacist, Economy, Business Administration
_ Minimum 2-year experiences in sales management
_ Good English communication
_ Good office computer skills
_ Knowledge on territories, customers & products
_ Good communication, negotiation & management skills
