Objective: Promote ASUS Brand in a consistent & positive message, to generate positive image & ensure positive working relations with press 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

_ Liaising with the press to communicate messages from the organisation

_ Building strong working relationships with members of the press and digital media

_ Writing and distributing press releases to targeted media

_ Promoting news stories and features to the media

_ Collating, analysing and evaluating media coverage in order to generate regular PR reports for Director, MKT Manager & HQ

_ Assisting with ASUS publications, such as in-house magazines & emailing. Working on a wide range of marketing materials ensuring the message and tone of written communications is consistent throughout the organisation and fits with the overall brand. 

_ Participating in event management, including press conferences and promotional events

_ Ensuring the integration of digital and social media alongside any press and media campaigns

_ Liaison with the press during times of crisis management or unexpected negative incidents.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

_ Highly articulate individual with excellent written communications and presentation skills are essential

_ Excellent command of English (translation is requirred)

_ Must be highly organised and be able to meet strict deadlines

_ Able to work independently & under pressure 

_ Great sense of responsibility.
