JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

_ Work with Financial Consultant or Investors regarding prospect due diligence report

_ Work with auditors during due diligence projects to provide data and review financial reports of finance due diligence

_ Prepare agreed-upon financial statements/ due diligence report and disclosures in regular basis in line with Stock Exchange requirements

_ Maintain Group financial packages/ disclosure/due diligence reports in line with Group's Stock Exchange upon request

_ Maintain investment/ share transaction disclosure/ reconciliation/ analysis upon request

_ Follow and review disclosures of the Company's information on the website of the Stock Exchange

_ Support annual general meeting, investor meetings, road show, press conference as requested

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

_ 3 years+ of finance and accounting experience

_ Details-oriented

_ Work pressure tolerance

_ Good communication skills

_ Good English in both speaking and writing

_ Big 4 or Investment Banking experience is a plus.

_ Investment Banking

_ Financial Analyst.
