In a Customer Development role with the Unilever Future Leaders Program you’ll experience all facets of Customer Development, from account management to trade category management and customer service.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Customer Marketing
Develop and lead category activities, and implement customized promotions by channels and by customers, based on shopper, customer and channel insights.
- Trade Category Management
Work with customers or within channels to develop appropriate assortments, shelf- layouts, and promotional & pricing strategies.
- Field/Account Management
Develop relations with and be the first point of contact of customers, and be responsible for trade terms, customer business planning and brilliant execution at the point of purchase (POP).
- CD Operations
Ensure a smooth and cost effective operation between our company, customer and specific third parties.
- Business Development
Focus on exploring and developing new business channels and leveraging CD professional skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of a Bachelors degree in all major with less than 2 year experience by the time of application
- GPA >= 7 or equivalent
- Able to speak and write in English fluently
- Mobility, willing to travel
- Strong “Can-do” attitude
- Has leadership and team experience
- Driven and Energetic
