JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Currently, we are looking for a fresher, who loves working with people and bringing them the happiness, to join our Dream Maker Care (DMC) Department as an Engagement Intern, support Engagement team in organizing internal events & HR administration. 
• Assisting DMC in organizing many interesting events like: Olympics, All Hands Meeting (Quarterly meeting of the company), Thanks Giving, ect. 
• Collecting and editing news, reports for Naviworks newsletter. 
• Supporting for Labor Union document submission.
• Translating HR documents, formats and forms from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.
• Joining DMC teamwork & projects.
• Other tasks assigned by manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Last year/ Fresh-graduated in Economics or related major
• Passionate in Human Resources
• Active, supporting mindset & teamwork 
• Good communication skills (both English and Vietnamese)
• Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Offices
• Customer-oriented, highly organized and responsible
• Available to work full-time in 4 months
