JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Fixed Asset (FA) Register
- Receive and verify the request from the department to create FAs code and justify the request for the appropriate and compliance

- Do tasks related to FAs: Request the FAs code creation; assign tag numbers; manage FA list; verify, follow up & review FAs disposal; monitor FAs receipt

2. Local Content and Internal Use Invoice
- Receive & check the correction and perform invoice verification of invoices of purchased local content materials, supporting documents and internal uses

- Ensure the appropriate postings and accounting treatments for related transactions according to IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard), VAS (Vietnamese Accounting Standards)

- Follow up with relevant department for pending or issue, assist relevant department and support supervisor for relevant topics

3. Vendor and Customer Data
- Receive, verify and justify requests from departments in relation to creation, deletion and updating MD (Master Data)

- Do tasks related to MD: Request the creation, modification or locking/unlocking of MD; Check MD maintained and clarify for issues; Review and manage MD list and give recommendations

4. Closing Monthly
- Ensure all invoices are verified and processed accordingly and all daily tasks are completed before closing step

- Perform closing tasks in costing, FAs and Inventory, ad-hoc task requests and relevant reports if required

5. Physical count yearly
- Support your supervisor to conduct periodic physical inventory counts of FAs, Vehicle, Spare Parts & FAs and assist supervisor in organization of physical checks on inventory and/or FAs, including preparing result reports

- Join in physical check on inventory and/or FAs

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- University with major in Accounting or equivalent field.

- Experienced in IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard), VAS (Vietnamese Accounting Standards) or relevant laws accounting area in multinational company

- Good communication, fluent in spoken & written English as well as computer skill and general accepted accounting practices and principles, accounting mindset

- Skills in automobile and accounting
