JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for delivering DHL commitment to customers, meeting day to day operations requirements of the customers as indicated in SOP. Ensure FTY understand and acknowledge customers’ requirement and standard.
- To ensure KPI and customer’s SOP follow up 100%.
- Meet customers agreed performance metrics in the least cost manners.
- Handle shipments with strictly following up with customer requirement indicated in SOP.
- Ensure issues are tackled immediately and escalate to Team Leader/Mgrs when there are potential claims or cost impact.
- Continuously identify service gaps, make recommendations and implement solutions to enhance greater customers’ satisfaction.
- Distribute all instruct/ suggest to vendor/customer for best shipments arrangement.
- Decide to instruct carriers for Booking / space release when necessary.
- To communicate with customers, DHL network and local customers to ensure all cargo are properly arranged in line with SOP and/or other special customer’s requirements, carriers, local authorities.
- To ensure that all cargo been released / delivered on time without extra charges incurring.
- To ensure proper follow-up with all outstanding matters.
- To ensure all assignments are met within the specified deadline.
- To ensure good teamwork to cooperate with others to contribute with Team leader in developing workload .
- Other assignment as per team leader request.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Good analysis skills, results orientation and good team work.
- Prefer at least 1 year experience in logistics, forwarding
- Bachelor’s Degree Certificate.
